Poetry and writing, photography … my all time favorite things.  (They also make great pastimes as well.)  Shakespeare is turning into my new reading buddy.  😀

I am seventeen years old, and enjoying every moment of it.  That is why I take photos; photography is the perfect way to hold on to memories.

When you think you can’t continue, all you need to do is change your state of mind.  And to continue a bright state of mind, read and write some poetry.  That’s what I think.
My favorite colors are purple, blue, and green… (In that order 🙂 )

This is my first time that I’ve had a blog that I update on frequently… So I hope I am doing this correctly!  But, hey, I’ll keep trying!

Determination – The force behind all beings, and the inspiration that keeps up with our busy lives.
My profile picture is a light bulb because I think that when creativity starts flowing, a light bulb goes on somewhere, and there is nothing you can do to stop the creativity from flowing.

Ah, butterflies.  They remind me of freedom.  They send out a certain message… you may think I’m rambling (which I kind-of am), but the point is that I think nature has a certain effect on your outlook on life in general.  I think that personalities shine through when you are in the sunlight’s path.

But that’s just my opinion.

More to come.  🙂

“You are the author of your own life story.”  Live it well.

  3. I wish more 17 year olds had your point of view about life. I’ve never been into poetry, but everybody that I’ve ever shown my songs too say my songs are poetry, even though they don’t rhyme (sp?) I do like your blog. Its a different vibe from mine. Your blog is bright and welcoming, mine is crazy and a lil out there at times. Lol 🙂

      • In school, I did creative writing & I had to do my first poems in there and I loved it! It was hardly any pressure and it just was little things (Thank god!) And sweet! Hope you like them! 🙂
